Living abroad for 11 years in London and the UAE led to some incredible media opportunities. From presenting on the radio and at events, appearing in newspapers and magazines, to writing and collaborating with companies in blogs.

I am an extremely passionate health advocate and love empowering others to live a fulfilled and healthy lifestyle.
